F: FISH SAUCE (made of seafoods)
S: SHRIMPS or KING PRAWNS
1. Curry dishes contain GLUTEN
2. Sambal sauce contains SHRIMPS
3. Noodles & Fried Rice contain EGG
4. Thai dishes contain FISH SAUCE
5. Satay Sauce contains PEANUTS, Tofu contains SOYBEANS
6. Meats are prepared with EGG (except Beef brisket, Chicken legs & Duck)
7. Lots of dishes contain Soy Sauce, Sesame Oil & Chinese Spices.
